How to Prepare

  • The client should bring light comfortable clothing, ideally long comfortable pants (e.g. sweatpants, leggings) and a simple t-shirt, preferably long.
  • It is not advisable to eat or drink a lot before therapy (at least 1 hour, better 2 or 3). On the day of the therapy, heavy meals are not recommended while the use of alcohol or other intoxicants is excluded.
  • Please read the section on contraindications and restrictions before making an appointment. It is imperative that you inform me of all relevant medical conditions and restrictions prior to therapy.

Duration and Timing

  • Basic therapy ("kata") lasts approximately 60 minutes, additional special techniques for problematic areas (e.g. hips, neck, shoulder blades, knees, shoulders) may be included according to client's needs. You can learn about how the therapy looks like here.
  • For preventative use, it is recommended to have regular therapy at least once a month. In the case of therapeutic use, a higher frequency of visits is necessary, it may be several times a week, the number of therapies needed is individual.

Prices and Payments

  • The price of the Yumeiho therapy is 900 CZK per 60 minutes, the price is calculated according to the actual duration of the therapy (for example, 80 mins would cost 1200 CZK).
  • Therapy can also be performed at your home, the surcharge is 250 CZK + 10 CZK per kilometre if it is outside Žďár nad Sázavou.
  • If I am available, it is possible to arrange for therapy during the weekend, the extra charge is 250 CZK.
  • Payment can be made in cash, via phone banking or by credit card (only through mobile phone).
  • Payments from “FKSP” are possible, as well as the purchase of gift vouchers.

After a Therapy

  • Yumeiho therapy brings a feeling of relaxation, pain relief and a burst of energy.
  • In some cases, however, temporary fatigue or mild muscle or joint pain may occur after therapy (especially after the first session). This is a natural reaction where the body's self-healing mechanisms are awakened.
  • After the therapy, it is recommended to rest in order to allow the full effects of the therapy to take effect in the body, and to provide the body with the sufficient intake of the fluids in order to facilitate the flushing of toxins from the body.
